VIN DE PAYS D'OC WHITE
CHARDONNAY
The key of a great wine is having a great terroir.
Located on the top of a hill with a soil of low cultivating potential,
the vineyard elaborates small sized well balanced grapes.
This wine is obtained from a direct pressing of the grapes under cool temperatures.
Fermentation time varies between 12 and 18 days at low temperatures (18 to 22°C).
An ageing on fine lees, for at least four months,
allows for an extraction of more fruit and roundedness.
Nose of fine and subtle aromas, floral notes enriched with dry fruits.
After a beautiful attack white flower and candied fruit come out.
This is a Chardonnay to match a meal !
You will enjoy it from the starters to the dessert.
