DOMAINE LA TOUR BOISEE
A.O.C. MINERVOIS ROSE DOMAINE DE LA TOUR BOISEE Made from four types of wine grapes varieties: Grenache (40%), Cinsault (30%), Syrah (20%) et Mourvèdre (10%) It is obtained by direct bleeding of the vat just after it has been filled from the harvest, thus presenting a clear colour (short maceration time). We harvest when the grain reaches maturity in order to get the fleshy texture in the mouth. Cinsault brings finesse and elegance, the Grenache brings the roundness and the balance, while the Syrah and Mourvèdre underline the two with a harmony of florals flavours. Its lightness ensures freshness ! Drink it at a cool temperature of 10 to 12°C over a barbecued roasted white meat dish.
