Château Tour Boisée
A.O.C. MINERVOIS RED CUVEE MARIELLE ET FREDERIQUE A red wine composed with 35% of refined and expressive Cinsault, 25% of Grenache belonging to clayish and calcareous soils, 15% of tiny concentrated grapes of Syrah, 15% of selected old Carignan, 10% of sunny Mourvèdre. The vineyards are over 40 years old. Manually harvested and vinified traditionnally. Maceration lasts 30 days at 28°C in order to allow the terroir to express its full personality. Its nose expresses little fresh red fruits and little jammy black fruits. In the mouth the first taste is frank and goes straight to the fruit : complexity and finesse are inseparable. Structure is wide, round, full-bodied and underlined with soft and delicate tannins. It has the power of a wine as if aged in the barrel as it reveals its fruits with a firm body without astringency. This wine is the invitation to the pleasure of your meal.
